Welcome to The Impact Crowd, an investment crowdfunding platform bringing individual financial investors together to champion businesses and entities which aim to strengthen positive Environmental, Social, and (corporate) Governance (ESG) advancements around the world. You are a small and new company, an established private company, or anything in between, we have an incredible amount of flexibility!

Within your business, the entity conducting the fundraise must be organized in the United States of America or the District of Columbia. This may include a subsidiary or affiliated entity of internationally operated businesses who are interested in fundraising through our regulations in the United States of America.

We would be happy to provide you with further details on all security types available to your company by crowdfunding through The Impact Crowd. Some examples of types of securities available to offer through crowdfunding may include:

Debt: For example, your business is asking for a crowdfunded loan that you would pay back to investors in accordance with terms specified by your company.

Revenue Share: For example, your business will share potential future revenue with investors in accordance with terms specified by your company.

Equity: For example, your business will issue stocks or other forms of equity to investors.

Other customizable types of securities: Other offerings are possible based upon your company’s needs, but may require additional customization.

Each of these securities types are subject to the terms and conditions you, the Issuer, detail in the offering documents (e.g., Form C). These offering documents will detail the risks to the investor respective to the security type, including the risk of loss of principal as well as liquidity risk.
